Since 1993, when he began Katika Integrated Communications, Andrew Kwiatkowski has built the company into a thriving marketing services organization. With more than 30 years' experience in the field, Andrew has provided numerous corporate clients with revenue-generating strategic, design, production and publication services and a full range of digital marketing services. Andrew is an active community member and has volunteered his time and fundraising expertise to several charitable organizations including the Gatehouse Centre for abused children, St. Joseph's Foundation, Copernicus Lodge Seniors Home, Pope John Paul II fund for Polish orphans and abandoned children, Polish Veterans Association, and The Knights of Columbus. As a recipient of 15- and 20-year province of Ontario volunteer awards, it is evident that Andrew not only believes in giving back to the community, but acts on this belief.

Renata's father was previously a resident of Copernicus Lodge. Renata currently has other family members who live at Copernicus Lodge.

Barbara has a solid history of inspiring and facilitating teamwork, growing revenues and achieving strategic objectives.

Manny Radomski, PhD, is Chairman of the Copernicus Lodge Board; Professor Emeritus at the University of Toronto; and partner and business development manager of a French biomedical software company. Previously, he served for 20 years as the Director General of the Defence Institute of Environmental Medicine; Scientific Advisor to the Chief of the Canadian Forces Air Staff; director on provincial and federal science boards; coordinator of international accords in the medical sciences with France, Poland and the USA; and Vice-President of the Copernicus Lodge Foundation.
